Dear Friends kind regards Today we continue with our Fantasy warfare series Andrew Golota gave Riddick hell twice in their bouts. But would Golota do the same thing to Gene Tunney prime for prime? Who wins over 12 rounds? If you could give me your views and contribute to the poll I'd appreciate it. yours thankfully John
Golota would have been too big for Tunney, if it were PFP there would be not contest, Tunney comfortably!
Heres the big difference. Tunney was a champ who beat all time greats. Golata is a mental patient who finds a way to lose all his major fights. Tunney would frustrate Golata to the point where he'd hit HIMSELF low.
Golota gets so overrated based on his fights with war torn post-Holyfield Bowe it's ridiculous. Tunney would box his ears off.
Tunney doesn't have anything to trouble Golota. Guys who went for the kill against Golota are historically what made him collapse, Tunney was a careful boxer, but very much undersized against a 240 pound man with good boxing skill and more importantly, good countering skill in his own right. I like Golota by KO. People think Tunney is not hittable, that's a falsity, Greb tore him to pieces and you would tell me Golota wont reach out and tag him multiple times and overpower him all the same? This is a great LHW vs. a very skilled HW and an issue where the LHW poses no stylistic problem. I'm shocked to 6 votes to 1 for Tunney.
Hello How do you see the fight Moralman? You seem to pick Golota often for your fantasy matchups but do you believe he could win this one? I do. Kind regards Kojiro
I'm really surprised Moralman is chosing Golota so often ... he is himself never giving big chances for Golota in these matchups ... so why Golota, really?
Gene runs so many rings round the polish maniac he has a nervous break down in the ring, and low blows the red
