The best version of Golota vs the best version of a 1970's and 1990's George Foreman? Golota beat up Bowe and perhaps ended Bowe's career (until he lost due to DQ). How could he do against the respective versions of Foreman?
He gets ko'd by 1970's Foreman pretty quick. Against a 1990's Foreman I think he freezes and gets ko'd.
He might beat old man foreman, but the foreman that beat Frazier would desimate gollata or would probably quit like he did against tyson
He did quit against Tyson. I remember my dad ordered that fight on PPV and he was mad that he spent fifty bucks for nothing.
Golota may have had more technical skill than a prime Foreman, but this is one match up where I think the more technically skilled guy gets pummeled.
Golota gets stopped early by Foreman the younger - Late by the elder statesman of George's incarnations.
He runs outta da ring like a prime Mo Farrah... and that's against the 90s Foreman... sheesh... forget about it!
70s Foreman destroys Golota inside of 3. The early 90s Foreman still had enough left to make Golota quit late.
A 70 s version of GF would have the same effect on Golota as Lewis did I believe. Foreman comes out blasting and rips in to him , stopping him in the first. The 90s version could struggle with him though, for a few rounds. But eventually big George s thudding jab has Golotas face a bloody mess ,forcing him to clinch more. A couple of kd s in the middle rounds would have Golotas corner calling it off .
