While I'm certainly no fan of Golota's dirty fighting, he seems to fare better in wars, I don't know of too many tough fights Briggs that he won. Briggs was powerful though. Based off of my limited experience watching Briggs, I would say he would give Golota severe trouble to begin with, but would gradually tire and would lose by a decision/ late knockout.
Golota wouldn't make it out of the first round. It's the guy with the first round ko record against the guy who was knocked out in one by Brewster and Lewis and quit after 2 against Tyson. Briggs sometimes pulled off good wins, Golota always failed.
though very dirty, Golota beat Tim Witherspoon, Jesse Ferguson, and Orlin Norris. Decent but not amazing. Golota was actually beating Bowe both times when he was DQ'd. I didn't believe either, you just have to see it. I would hope Briggs would pound Golota.
If Andrew keeps his **** together, he wins this. But that is a big if.He is the better boxer with the better jab
On my card and that of almost everyone Golota should have beaten Byrd and Ruiz, for other part foreman beat Briggs easily
