WBA regular super flyweight championship at stake, 1st defense of Moloney. The undefeated Aussie - upgraded from "interim champ" status in March when Román "Chocolatito" González was promoted to 'super champ' - was scheduled to have defended against Israel González in April, before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. The challenger, meanwhile, has apparently been freed at last from his Kafkaesque nightmare of continually facing Óscar Manuel Negrete Padilla in close ten-rounders for the rest of their lives.
Yeah, it's probably the best route to take here. Franco is a tad bit chinny, his KO loss to Lucas Emanuel Fernandez Leone was legit, and he was rocked a few times against Negrete, who's a featherfist. I like Franco, he's scrappy, but his ceiling is Negrete, I doubt he can get any better than those three showings, Moloney is better than Negrete is more accurate and heavier handed. As far as the round goes... I'm not sure, but I think it'll be a stoppage somewhere between 4 to 8.
