I was thinking that last night with Selby, Patel and Edwards all fighting at Flyweight there could be some interesting domestic match ups. For me Andrew Selby looks like the pick of the bunch. Let's hope promotor politics doesn't get in the way!

 

You all commenting like your experts yet none have seen prince fight, Selby even said Prince would beat Satchell and doesn't want to fight him unless there is a title on the line

my mistake, andrew selby! lol not really on last nights fight but i just think he will prove to be special and we might not have long to wait if prince patel wants the fight because andrew is speaking about fighting for a world title after 10 bouts so the british should be in his sights within 5. would prince be ready that quick if the fight were to be made?

 

Patel boxed a lad I know in the amateurs and was beaten soundly from what I gather. I have seen the Las who beat box several times and he is not on the Selby level.

Patel is not a bum. He is a good fighter. There are not many around at the weight so if he sticks in maybe he can win a belt.

To be honest if Patels management know what they are doing, they would only take a Selby fight with something serious to gain, it's much more likely he will box edwards first imo
