    :shakehead:

That unfunny long-running joke, Mike Lee, is headlining a CBS Sport Network card on June 8th in Rosemont, IL. The co-feature will likely be "Hollywood" Mike Jimenez, another fraudulent hype job, who already got exposed by deluxe journeyman Derrick "Superman" Findley (read the whole dumb story: http://www.maxboxing.com/news/max-boxing-news/findleys-win-over-jimenez-changed-to-a-no-decision) before his zero was officially snatched by Jesse Hart...since which time Jimenez has been awarded two hometown gifts in a rivalry with Aaron Pryor Jr. (a MD win and split draw in their rematch).

CBS SN typically doesn't have, to my recollection, broadcasts of epic length, so at most we might get 3 bouts squeezed in. That means the long-awaited return of heavyweight dark horse contender Fedosov - riding a 5-0 (5) streak including a Boxcino tourney championship since his loss to Bryant Jennings five years ago but absent from the ring for two full calendar years now - and/or the next step in the development of Bulgarian cruiser prospect and star amateur Pulev (brother of Kubrat) will likely be frozen out.

In favor of frikking Lee and frikking Jimenez. :rocket:

Lee's opponent is another predictably safe & toothless selection, a 35 year old 19-3-1 (9) Mexican-American club fighter Jose Hernandez. The opponents for Jimenez, Fedosov and Pulev are all TBA.

I personally think Lee and Jimenez are both light years away from belonging on TV.

This should be Fedosov & Pulev in a doubleheader.

Hopefully it’s not actually on CBS Sports Network and on their Sports Live app that’s been streaming the Real Deal cards as of late. Then we might get the whole card

Where did you get this info? Tervel Pulev has said multiple times that he wants to fight on the undercard of Oquendo - Charr but it got cancelled. Pulev could be easily in top20 but that is all that he can get. Something like an EU belt, nothing more. It's too late for him being build up as a professional.

If they want to sell tickets, IL is the right place. There are more than half million bulgarians living there. It will be easily sold out because of Tervel Pulev.

I dunno about that. Maybe he can win a vacant belt left by the winner of Usyk vs Gassiev who will probably move up to heavyweight.

Pulev has a decent chance to beat Shumenov i think.

Tervel still haven't fought anyone of a note and he isn't a spring chicken. He is only 1 year younger than his brother Kubrat. Tervel should definitely tests himself against a top 40 fighter very soon. Unfortunately, except for the WBSS tournament, there is little interest in other cruiserweight fights.

My reading comprehension failed me for a brief moment and I got really excited... Pulev/Fedosov would be a damn solid HW scrap.
