    Won't be surprised if we see a stool quit in 5, 4, 3, 2...

I missed the last 3 rounds due to my computer shutting down because it sucks, so i will trust IB's scorecard.

If anything Sirotkin has gotten even more dominant over the last few, especially the seventh.

    Round 8

Sirotkin is dancing around Mayorga, blocking his double jab and very slow & telegraphed looping right. Mayorga's punches are lacking snap and he seems to have labored, pained breathing. Sirotkin walks him into the ropes and Mayorga sits on the second-to-bottom-most one, letting Sirotkin get in a couple of flush jabs unopposed. Mayorga gives him a sassy head shake and smirk. Unperturbed by the mind games, the Russian Bull just continues to put in work, drilling Mayorga with the 1-2 repeatedly. Mayorga swings wide and misses badly with a low, nearly floor-touching-knuckle right uppercut. Sirotkin landing an overwhelming majority of his shots while barely getting touched, having scouted exactly how far Mayorga can reach with his wingspan and how fast he's capable of chucking leather, always staying where he can either lean over to slip or take a baby step to dodge. Boxing 101.

    10-9 Sirotkin

    80-72 Sirotkin

    Round 8
Mayorga not having much left is a sitting target for Sirotkin, who is fighting from a distance and is picking his shots carefully.

    Round 9

Sirotkin is jabbing with both the right & left, experimenting, playing around. Mayorga senses he needs to inject some drama to get the crowd to wake up, so he once more sits on the ropes and lets Sirotkin hit the bullseye with a few jabs. The crowd is over it at this point. So is Sirotkin, just continuing to lance Mayorga with straights with both hands no matter what the old showman is doing. Mayorga starts to float his left palm to catch some punches as though he were Sirotkin's coach working mitts. Sirotkin is easily able to change trajectory on his punches in midstream to bypass Mayorga's glove and find his face or stomach. Very high connect rate for Sirotkin intact as per the preceding several rounds.

    10-9 Sirotkin

    90-81 Sirotkin

The stubborn old coot held on for two more rounds after this prediction, but yeah, this was very obviously hurtling towards a no mas from rather early on.

Why isn't Mayorga KO yet? Is his opponent feather fisted?

Sirotkin did well ,however Mayorga definitely has seen better days, but Sirotkin got the win and that's the most important thing.

I'm interested in a fight between Mayorga and Paul Smith.

Yes, and Mayorga, while shot, wasn't a hollowed-out dead man walking like Soto Karass (who is younger by seven years but has actually been in a lot more wars than Mayorga) last night. And this performance from Sirotkin, while bearing in mind that Mayorga is a spent force, auspices him actually making some noise on the European scene, whereas I don't think Abreu is going anywhere special turning in more like that one last night.
