    Is Andriy a shortend version of Andreas?

    I've no idea what they call him day to day but I'd have to presume its considered some kind of 'cooler' name for a guy named Andriy :p

    I am not too botherd, just was odd everybody is calling him Andreas, but on boxrec it says Khan is fighting Andriy.

    No matter.

    Andriy is how his name is spelled in Ukranian. They call him Andreas in Germany where he is based. You could call him Andrew in the UK I guess.

    Remember Andriy Shevchenko? They both have the same name.
