Fonfara beat Ngumbo, it was ugly but a win nonetheless

It was an ugly fight between two profoundly flawed boxers, neither of which I'll bother watching again.

Everyone on here was calling him a bum vs Stevenson. Stevenson is fighting a bum. Stevenson got dropped by a bum. Stevenson couldnt knockout a bum. Guess Fonfara isn't quite such a bum afterall yah bunch of idiots.

    The guy can fight.

Interesting how Fonfara dropped Chavez with a left hand from a south-paw stance .

I'd pick Fonfara to win if he fought Stevenson again .

any fight Andrez is in I will be watching , he is a helluva fighter

    That's pretty funny, Jr. fan!

Why, so Fonfara has to practically die to make that weight just so Jr. can win? Fk that punk ass b*tch. He quit on his stool. He'll never see in inside of a ring again.

Wins over Chavez Jr and Cleverly would cap off a nice 2015 for Fonfara, one of the few Haymon fighters I like :D

I want Terry "Carry" O'Corner as the ref in this one, to see if he can help Clev make it the full 12 against Andrzej. :bbb

Cleverly deserves a lot of credit for going over to Chicago into very hostile territory to take on a dangerous customer like Fonfara in front of his raucous Polish fans. Don't forget he also went into the lion's den of Liverpool twice to take on Bellew in front of his rabid fans too, the first of which being when he was WBO world champion. He also fought a lot of other English lads in England when he was younger too. Taking on Kovalev in a voluntary defence was a balsy move too albeit not the shrewdest of decisions. How many would've done that?

Agreed great props to clev for travelling many times.

Fonfara is on the up and clev is on the way down with recent showings, clev will do well to last the distance in this fight.
