Sillakh is featherfisted, at least it seems like Fonfara doesn't feel his punches at all and walks through them

Best round for Sillakh thus far. Pretty clear

    Round 1: 10-9 Fonfara
    Round 2: 10-8 Fonfara
    Round 3: 10-9 Sillakh
    Round 4: 10-9 Sillakh
    Round 5: 10-9 Sillakh

Sillakh getting himself into a nice groove here jabbing, moving, throwing the occasional straight right with some mustard on it. When Fonfara does throw it is powerful, and he did land a few very good shots, but he isn't throwing enough.

    Round 1: 10-9 Fonfara
    Round 2: 10-8 Fonfara
    Round 3: 10-9 Sillakh
    Round 4: 10-9 Sillakh
    Round 5: 10-9 Sillakh
Round 6: Fonfara wins by TKO

Fonfara finally goes to work and starts pounding away as Sillakh stays in the corner absorbing punishment. He gets out but looks vulnerable again. Fonfara lands a counter shot that wobbles Sillakh, Fonfara on the attack, he pins Sillakh on the ropes and flurries. Unloading pitty pat punches, the ref gets in close, no answer from Sillakh, who isn't hurt, but the ref steps in and stops it. Well, after seeing the replay, maybe a few of those flurrying shots did find the mark and the stoppage was ok.

Sillakh appears gassed and got hurt a few times in the round. Fonfara flurries along the ropes. Sillakh isn't firing back and the ref stops it. TKO 6! Maybe a bit premature but the writing was on the wall.

    Papin ruined Sillakh's chin.

Fonfara appeared to be pacing himself. Sillakh gassed himself with all of that circling and nervous energy(did do some nice boxing in the previous 3 rounds)

Fonfara is a true gentleman. "You're a true champion, it was an honor to fight with you."

Agree, it looked premature. This was a dummy flurry attack with no power behind those punches. But probably for the best - Sillakh's chin wouldn't hold up till the end of the round anyway.

Yep. He was gassed, hurt... Saved from another brutal KO if anything. Glad the ref stopped it.

Fonfara loses domestically to Masternak, Cieslak and Glowacki(Wlod is 50/50) but a fight with any of the 3 would be solid and he'd probably give a game showing for a couple of rounds at least. There's a lot of other good fights for him at the weight. Durodola, Mchunu, Makabu, Kudryashkov etc. would all be fun. CW kicks ass!

    You mean Betterbiev? In amateurs.

When Syllakh fought Grachev, he already packed glass

Golovaschenko - Fonfara would be interesting too. As well as Golovaschenko - Kudryashov and Fonfara - Kudryashov

Yeah Golovaschenko vs. Kudryashov is like Charr/Chisora and Ustinov/Wach. Battle of the clones!
