Difference is Ruiz has great stamina and Browne becomes gassed like Tommy Morrison did after 4 rounds and often becomes a human punching bag easy target! You can gobble down Buffets but you need that cardio, you start gassing in a Heavyweight fight and you're a KTFO waiting to happen. But Browne got KTFO in the MMA by Daniel Cormier and Jim York also so his chin has always been suspect.

I didn't really understand the power of twisting until I did some yoga. One of the most intriguing things about Ruiz is his mobility, especially in the shoulders. You can see it when he is in the corner before the first bell in the fight against AJ, he stretches upwards, as if reaching towards the sky, demonstrating in the process his superb range of motion. I think it is the lack of muscle mass across the shoulders which allows for more flexibility.
