I'd like to see GG fight the winner of Canelo/Cotto and Lee fight Quillin again after he beats Saunders. That would be a nice road to the eventual Lee/Golovkin fight where I see Lee shocking the world. The MW division isn't so boring after all.

'Kid Chocolate' or is there another guy who both ducked Korobov and cheated Lee on the scales?

There's always been holes in GGG's game that get papered over by the devastating stoppages (which is what they mostly are quits, retirements , towels etc - rather than one punch KOs like Lee).

But in fights like Geale for example, Golovkin takes a flush hook from Geale before landing his own and knocking Geale down.

If that kind of sloppiness occurred vs Lee then Golovkin would be on the floor wondering what hit him, at best.

So I guess the question is: would GGG adapt his style for Lee or is his ego/ crowd demand for a 'big drama show' mean like all punchers who take one to give one, get flattened sooner rather than later as the opposition level increases?

Both Lemiuex and Lee are levels of danger above anything GGG has faced to date.

All the elite fighters from Mayweather to Ward to Klitschko to Rigondeux barely ever get hit ... It will catch up on GGG sooner rather than later IMO.

But it's an enjoyable ride while it lasts!

Quillin is an even bigger threat. No wonder GiGi is busy calling out Cotto and Mayweather.

    Yes.

Golovkin is much more cautious with the big hitters. Against Stevens he didn't play the fool because Curtis could twist his neck with one punch. It's the featherfists that he toys with.
