Andy Lee/Micheal Walker: 9/17/10

Barker will most likely win a UD.

 

It's not like he hasnt tried to get big fights, they just arent happening for him. I cant see him ever really being the best MW, but I definitely think he would beat Sturm/Sylvester barring a robbery. Needs to improve his defence big time, I dont think his stamina is that big of a problem, but he sometimes loses focus when he's clearly winning.

Since its not been televised, dont think the october fight is either.

If anything we will see how Andy is compared to Guerrero, jacobs and david lopez.
Guerrero overwhelmed him with fast combinations but never dropped him and the ref had to save walker when didnt answer numerous punches.
Jacobs the ko artist couldnt put a dent in walker and never looked like stoppping him and went the 8 round distance.
David lopez also went the 10 round distance without dropping him.
Walkers best win came against an ancient Echols who also couldnt stop him.:deal

Id like to see andy get a ko win here but hes let me down before.

I hope sturm picks him for his next defence in december, i quite fancy a trip to germany...

 

Lee would lose unless he knocks him out. The sooner there are no German champions the better it is for the division. Sylvester is the most pathetic "champion" at the moment.

 

I wouldnt go to Germany unless i fully believed he could knock Felix out.
I think lee has found something with this body punching, will just have to wait and see against these next two lads.
