Actually Macklin didn't live his whole life in England , he would normally spend 3 months+ a year in Ireland and has 2 Irish parents not one . So while Moore is definitely English , the same can't really be said of Macklin .
I've heard Macklin talk, a lot, and he's got a Brummie accent. I find it hard to believe he's spent any time in Ireland growing up. No signs of it as far as I can tell... And, again, I'm talking about the fighter - not his mum and dad, they're not throwing the punches. Macklin is a Brummie.
By birthright they cn fight for the irish title... They are proudly in the Irish ratings and they have irish surnames... your ******ed.
the guy spent all his summers in County Tipperary and Lee spent his in Limerick. As a junior Macklin played county level hurling for County Tipperary - not exactly an achievement attained by your usual boy from Perry Bar/Hall Green etc (you may note my geographical knowledge of Brum stems from dog tracks!)
exactly - I've never heard Moore mention he was Irish or considered himself to be Irish. As for Macklin - he considers himself Irish, poosibly holds an Irish passport. It not Irish people "claiming" them - its about them claiming to be Irish - and as far as I am concerned if you wernt born in Ireland but have Irish blood and say you are Irish - then you are Irish - its a diaspora thing - some might not get, but they are probably either young Irish people that have never even lived abroad or the are BNP type Brits that cant handle anyone (especially a white guy) thats doesnt identify their nationality along the same lines as they do. Anyway - enough politics and bull**** - lets talk boxing!
What you're saying is Macklin spent his holidays in Ireland? :rofl Brilliant. So I'm Spanish then. All I know is he was English until he lost his fight for the English light middleweight title, so he had to settle for the Irish title... he obviously thinks anything's better than nothing.atsch Irish will take anything, if you're an English loser... get some green trunks and get over there...
Yeah right! It's a bit different you and your chav slag mother going to Benidorm for a week so she could get pissed and ****ed (note no Dad!) and Macklin and his brothers to being sent "home" to live with couisins for the duration of his holidays! Like I said he considers himself Irish and playe county level hurling as a kid - he did pick that up in Brum! I wont be responding a BNP ***** like you again
No, I haven't. I'm just not going to insult anyone on here that I don't know. I'm keeping it on Macklin, and what I've said is true.
Macklin lost fighting for the English title, and Ireland have taken him as their new hope because all the actual Irish guys are losing... that's the facts, and that's what I've said.
Thats not a fact its a opinion and an idiotic one at that.. Your references to potatoes and statement that the Irish will 'have anything' have already devalued anything you have to say.
