UD for Lee, but won't be surprised if Vera gets the stoppage.

I can't see Lee getting the stoppage. He went looking for the stoppage in the last fight with Vera and ended up losing. Lee will be more cautious this time and will win on points (hopefully).

I think you sumed it up well, Vera has a good chance in this fight, and Andy better be at the top of his game to earn a win. I dont see Andy earning a stoppage either.

Vera is finally getting some well due recognition. He is not as bad as everyone makes out. He has some bad days at the office for sure but he has beaten Demers in his home town and Mora. He went the distance with McEwan too but Kirkland ko'd him. I think Lee will win this and win by KO but it could well be a slug fest.

If its a slugfest Vera will win. Lee needs to keep him at distance, using his feet and jab (strong and doubled,Andy) to ensure he is always at the end of Lee's big left. Vera will try to get inside where Lee can't hurt him and work away. By all accounts, Vera is better than he was a couple of years ago. But is Andy?

Things is I think Vera has missed the 160 weigh in limit a few times but I am sure for this fight he will have to meet the official weigh in requirements. It shouldn't make that much of a difference but Vera is a big middleweight despite the height advantage for Lee.

Lee will come through a few tough rounds in the latter half of the fight to win a 117-111 or 116-112 type decision.

:deal Wouldn't be suprised to see Lee stopped late though. His stamina isn't very good at all.

He finished the fight strongly against McEwan which was encouraging. It's only a ten rounder, so I'm not too worried.

Although the fact he'll have 27 fights, none of which were scheduled for 12 tells me his team don't have confidence in Andy doing 12.

I thought it was 12 mate, Andy should be able to do 10 rounds at a decent pace. If it was 12 he would have problems in the later rounds imo.
