I scored it 115-113, though I tend to score rounds even if i's too hard to pick (that's what 10-10 is for, why do people seldom use it). The two knockdowns were basically the difference.

I had it similar but 116-114, extra 10-10 rounds I guess.

I just re-scored the fight 113-113...which I'm surprised by, and is different from my original card.

For me this time, it was decided in the close middle rounds (5,6,7,8 ) which I gave 2 to Lee and 2 to Saunders. It was a tough one to score for sure. There were only 4 easy to score rounds (1, 3, 4, 12) and they were split equal between Lee and Saunders.

It was by no means an easy fight to score, or a wide decision either way. I'm happy with 113-113, 114-112, or even 115-111. Anything else is too wide in my opinion. Though I also agree with the posters who scored with even rounds - I know it's frowned upon generally, but there were a good few legitimate rounds that were too close to call.

    Lee Saunders Total

    9 10 9 - 10
    9 10 (close) 18 - 20
    7 10 25 - 30
    10 9 35 - 39
    9 10 (close) 44 - 49
    10 9 (close) 54 - 58
    10 9 (close) 64 - 67
    9 10 (close) 73 - 77
    10 9 83 - 86
    10 9 (close) 93 - 95
    10 9 103 - 104
    10 9 113 - 113

This is silly, do your research Danny Jacobs is a multiple golden gloves and national champ as an amateur, and has just as much boxing skill and pedigree and mastery as billy joe saunders. Hes faster, more powerful and every bit as crafty as BJS who i would say has the better reflexes defensivley. People who knew boxing picked him to blow out Quillin(maybe not that quick) which i did. BTW BJS is a boxer who i rate very very highly, I personally think this is a fantastic matchup for true fans of the sport. But BJS must be in top shape not this poor conditioning vs Lee and Eubank or he will not emerge victorious

Its the best score, Andy did good for 4 rounds and well in 2 others but not quite enough, and Billy Joe did the cleaner work in the other 6.

I think round 6 and round 10 are the pivotal rounds. On my third watch through I once again had it 114-112, 6 rounds to 6, knockdowns deciding it.

And that was the crux of my post - did anyone forsee Andy boxing BJS to a 6-6 tally? Or BJS scoring knockdowns being the key to winning the fight? What a crazy, unpredictable sport.
