Andy Lee vs John Duddy December 5th in NYC???

Let him win his next few fights 1st.
Bittersweet if it does happen but doubt it will.

 

Not a chance of this happening I think.

 

It's a fight that ought to have been made a while back.

Instead it's coming when Duddy has taken a bit of a kicking from JCC jr, on the back of some iffy showings.

Lee really needs to be pushed.

 

Smitchet gave duddy a worse hiding than chavez jr if you ask me.
The man is a machine what jr did wont take a lick out of him.

What would you do with the pair of them, in their next couple of fights?

I'd put them in with each other - Lee seriously needs to get some 12 round experience against tough opponents like Duddy..... instead of 8/10 rounders against nondescript fighters...... Duddy needs a big win to put him back in the mix.

 

Won't happen. Duddy is still a draw. Makes no business sense for Duddy to fight on undercard fight which he will probably lose. He is still marketable enough to draw a lot, earn more and win a fight by headlining against a lesser fighter than Lee.

From Lee's perspective this fight would be ideal.

 

I hope it happens . but cant see it happening until paddys day next year on a big event in msg . lee on points imo

I would rather see John pass the torch on to lee rather than the jew to dance around him for 12 rounds next.

 

This would be a good fight to make, good test for Lee and another payday for Duddy.

Has anybody heard anything from John since his last fight, about what he wants to do now, if he wants to continue fighting on?
