Well to start, I want to see Andy win.

But I don't think it will come easy for whoever is the winner.

Say what we want about Jr, the kid does seem to get better with each fight, but he hasn't really dealt with guys that have consistent power late in fights like Lee has. Rubio had a good ko ratio, but not against "world" title contention fighters, but I guess the same can be said for Lee.

As most of us know, Lee is no Mayweather it terms of pure boxing ability, and gets hit quite a bit at times. But I think if this fight comes off, Andy will show up the best we've seen him come fight night, and will stay in Jr's face all night.

I would like to see a Lee Tko10 outcome, but feel a outcome like - Jr 114-113 Lee seems more realistic, as I highly doubt anyone beats Jr on the scorecards any time soon.

I'll call this one with my heart instead of what my brain is screaming :yep -

    Lee Tko10 Chavez Jr

    :bbb

    Thoughts?

Lee wins, I've always been saying this I think it's one of the worse matchups for JCCjr.

I very much like Andy Lee and I'd love to see him derail Jr. But he isnt hard to hit and Jr has shown a good chin. I'm saying late stoppage for JCC jr. But it won't come easy.

Andy Lee has Steward in his corner, and it's a world championship fight. Therefor its impossible to lose for Andy Lee, i'm betting my account on that. Ofc unless Chavez JR. gets a gift

Fight won't happen. Arum wont permit it because it is not inhouse. Expect Chavez Jr vs Margarito next.

Is the WBC "same day weigh-in" rule active in June or July (I forgot)?

    When active:
    - When JCC jr. somehow makes the weight, Lee might outpoint him.
    - When the fight goes on even if jr doesn't make the weight, JCC probably stops him.

    When not active:
    - Jr probably stops Lee.

What exactly don't you understand about that?! :blood

    - If JCC is forced to make the weight at the same day (new WBC rule), we all know he has to massively drain himself, and he won't have the huge weight advantage he had in his recent fights after dehydrating.

    - If JCC can use his weightadvantage he will have the edge against Lee (CW vs SMW) and will probably stop him.
