The poll includes an option that is impossible..."Lee onpoints". The poll needs to be deleted and redone from scratch. This time WITHOUT the "Lee on points" option...... . :yep
wonder if he is getting more than the 1.5 mill he turned down to defend that very title and lee must bring more dollar than triple g to the table
While I accept much of what you say, I have to point out one thing: The unfairness of the fight impacts on Andys chances of getting a DECISION win. A PONTS win. I do feel that very strongly. Not, as you seem to be suggesting, his chances of getting a ko win, though. His chances of a ko remain unchanged, regardless of fair fight or unfair fight.
Really? I honestly dont see it that way. If Lee beats Quillin on US network TV, he will move himself from US undercard fighter to headliner. If he beats Saunders after, he will be Ring#2 at that point and be lined up for a fight vs GGG for prob about 1.5m and WBC/WBA/WBO and Ring titles. (Cotto will have vacated by that point) Remember he actually signed the dotted line to fight GGG once already. Right or wrong, Lee thinks he has a chance to beat anybody. Its unfair in the extreme to question his integrity at this point.
:deal Hating Haymon is one thing but if you're gonna pull **** out of your ass then you better back it up with some damn evidence There is 0 evidence that Lee would throw this fight
Alright. If we randomly assume that fighters will throw fights then I guess we can assume that Rubio threw his fight against Golovkin to raise Golovkins stock. We've never seen Rubio steamrolled like that before so I guess he threw it. :nut
Come on Andy deserve nothing of the bs you guys are saying, that's one of the more disgusting and degrading **** I heard and he didnt even fight.... some of the guys here got some serious issues
I'm watching the replay of Kid Chocolate versus Luká Konečný (and Hopkins vs. Shumenov) and it has me really leaning towards Lee by KO. :think Konečný landed with a little bit of everything, just marching forward in a single gear headhunting from a tight guard. Quillin was hit everywhere, high, low, and from ear to ear - with jabs, double slapping left-hooks, straight lunging rights and looping overhand rights as Quillin lay back on the ropes. (which most closely mimic Lee's money punch, the right hook) Some of those had Quillin doing the "I'm not hurt...no, really" blink and head-shake...and while Konečný was very good in his day he was never a puncher and is a 154lber, not a middleweight.
