Just saw a post in Hatton Promotions Twitter account saying that Andy Morris-Anthony Crolla has been made for the vacant English Title. If true then it has to be said that is a great fight and fair play to Hatton for making the fight.

Yeah, Rob posted it on his British title updates thread. Really is a great fight, but I think Morris will have too much for Crolla at this stage, as long as he isn't plagued by cuts.

Oops sorry didn't notice that should have known Rob would be all over it like a rash. I agree but still a great fight surely the winner is an automatic to take on Sykes next.

excellent fight between two decent boxers. i think morris takes it but crolla is still young and will be in the championship mix for years to come

Top fight! I was expecting Hatton to not make this fight so I'm delighted they have. Winner should get a rematch with Sykes.

Morris takes this for me, just a bit more class.

Good fight, i'm going for 'Million Dolla' to eke out a decision.

Btw, making fights like this at such an embryonic stage in their promotional development shows the Hatton's intentions and increases their cred. They've done well so far, apart from doing their best to keep Joe Murray anonymous or in witness protection.

If this is made its a brilliant fight.

Morris is still a quality operator. People might have forgot how good his fights with Sykes was, it was brilliant! and I thought he deserved the nod. Crolla always makes things exciting so I imagine another exciting fight is on the cards.

I dont understand sometimes i watch Andy Morris and he looks to be a world beater! He lives couple of miles from me aswell!

Crolla looks dung tbh, very slow, not much power!
