is Ruiz now with Hearn? His tweet was “@EddieHearn who is next?” Obviously if it wasn’t AJ, then he’d be back with PBC unless Hearn signed him with the fight?

Ruiz isn't officially signed to anyone. At least he wasn't. He is one of Haymon's fighters, but so is Danny Jacobs.
It will obviously come down to who makes the best offer, since Ruiz isn't a blind loyalist like Wilder.
(Why the **** is Wilder-Fury II a FOX/SHO joint PPV when Wilder isn't signed to them?)

Ok I get it, so still possible that he could have done a deal with Hearn even though he’s with Haymon?

Who knows wtf is going on. We don't even know what deal he made with Haymon.
He signed with Haymon in January, fought Dimitrenko and now is the champ. That is a lot of progress in just 6 months. He could sign with anyone.
Or he could be essentially a free agent. Because if he is with Al, he will be put on whatever network pays Al the best.
