I´m almost certain Andy intentionally tried to hurt AJ, so not exactly lucky.

 

The 2nd knockdown the blob backed him into the corner, and jabba'd the crap out of him. No shots around the back of the heads there!

I don't entirely disagree. Not exactly a lucky punch, but AJ made a big mistake thinking Ruiz was more hurt. I totally disagree with all the alarmists saying AJ has no chance against Ruiz. That was not a rabbit punch though.

 

Lucky punches exist. Don't think that one was one, but they do exist. When basketball players throw the ball from one side of the court to another at the last second and make the basket, is it not luck because their intention was to make it? Of course it's luck. Yeah they are more likely to make it than some random person, but it's still a lot of luck.

 

Liston was favored over Ali in the rematch. Tyson was favored over Holyfield in their rematch.

Making one of those shots is thousands of times harder than landing a punch when someone stands in front of you
