Wilder favorite, but Ruiz live underdog. He has chin, fast hands, and some power. He has a chance.

Ruiz was knocked down by 1 punch from a washed up Christ Arreola. His chin isn't as good as you believe.

You have a valid point, but you can also define "chin" by being able to get back up, recovering, and being able to win the fight. Fury and Holmes come to mind.

Wilder win by brutal KO,anything else and I’d be shocked. Ruiz is tough and he’s a proud fighter so could well make Wilder work for the win but I don’t see the result being any different .

I see Ruiz getting inside and testing that chin of Wilder and cracking it. Fat boy has deceptively fast hands and Wilder ain’t no defensive expert. Ofcourse Wilder can also put Ruiz to sleep but this isn’t Helenius he is up against. Ruiz would be the 2nd best fighter he face after Fury.

Many thought that Helenius was Wilder's 3rd best opponent, after the fight people probably rate Helenius below Szpilka and Washington (who was on a losing streak but still KO'd Helenius).

On paper Ruiz may have the 2nd best record: close MD loss to Parker away, demolished Joshua in 7, went 12 with Joshua even when badly out of shape and edged 43 year old 2 KO defeat Ortiz over 12. But in practice, he's most similar to Stiverne and Arreola but even shorter and stubbier, with less punching power.

So Ruiz will probably look like Stiverne/Arreola and Wilder will effectively "bummify" him.
