    Vargas has picked up 2 wins since his loss to Breazele. Decent stay busy fight but I would choose different opponent if I was TOP RANK. Ruiz should be in decent shape for this.

    Should be interesting to see what shape he is in and see how he looks at a lower weight. Should be a quick KO win, Vargas has been knocked out every time he has stepped up a level.

    I remember Arreola dropping down to 230 something for a few fights only to balloon right back up.
    I was excited for a while...

    Vargas is an ok opponent considering Ruiz will have been off for 15 months by fight time.

    If Ruiz gets active and drops some weight he is a threat to most heavyweights, its just a matter of him deciding to do so or not.
