Rubbish!! Muscle creates more lactic acid and is 3 x heavier than fat. You arguement is that wearing a 20 pound vest and going for a run makes no difference to if you are wearing it or not.

Boxing isn't running. A huge guy pushing against you will wear you out more when you drop weight. It's complicated.

 

So last time AJ boxed at this weight was his 9th fight in 2014 against Bakhtov

I agree, they have made AJ in to this mythical fighter... they have forgotten what he looked like against Klitschko, Takam, Ruiz and a couple of others.

Because he wears short white shorts, long white gown and looks the part they have imagined he moves like Ali, jabs likes Holmes, punches like Foreman..

It's a myth, AJ is AJ, he is very good, but he isn't invincible and he isn't this fleet footed heavyweight Mayweather.

 

I'm concerned about Ruiz and how much his put into this. Once you reach the mountain and get everything you ever wanted like he did maybe putting that work in becomes a little bit harder. Easier to take a days off.

Yes. He hasn't the tools to neutralize Ruiz style. Neither at 247 nor at 237. It will be a close fight and whoever lands the first big shot, hurts other guy, has solid chance to win. AJ can land that big shot again, drops Ruiz and then fighting smart. He can win. It's basically 50/50 to me.

 

Well he did a detailed interview about talking to Klitschko throughout the camp. Wladimir told him to cut out the cardio work, road work, treadmill, bicycling, etc. Joshua said he has and that it will be key in this fight.
