    It's a very tough fight . Ruiz might actually be faster , but Ali has been inactive for a few decades and being dead might make it difficult for Ali . Ali's mind games would come into play giving Ruiz the silent treatment and such . Ruiz is a PBC boxer so Haymon would probably pull rank and duck that fight in favor for Wilder to unify the WBC against the Dreamcast ready to rumble boxers .

    Might be difficult to exhume Ali's corpse but if there's money to be made I wouldn't put it past Eddie Hearn to do that "This really is a momentous time for the fans and boxing history, we're going to see the greatest of all time make his comeback in 2019 !"

    It's simple really.

    The constant jiggling of Ruiz's fat rolls act as constant stream of feints, which then off balances Ali and throws him off his game.

    Ruiz then brutally KOs him.
