As always Ruiz has been a model professional. Hopefully this will quieten down those fools on here and on twitter who were sending him abuse, talking about how the money went to his head, getting too big for his boots and wasn't driven anymore.
Do you think it is a good thing to lose a lot of weight? I'm thinking if he slims down too much, he might not get up if he is dropped again. I don't think the money go to his head. But I Haven't looked or listened to him much.
Or lose some snap to that punch if he drops too much in weight. I didn't let his size or build influence me. His technique was on display regardless of his size.
But I cee Ruiz's tough hard . Definitely looks his hardest he has ever trained for a fight . Harder then Boxer's rematching a loss an most of them train Mad mad hard endurance just keep going . Look at Ruiz cee he won before Body talk he looks that he has been training harder then the ones goin mad avenging first loss . oOh yeah will be faster Hav more omp in his punches More fitness look at Ruiz Vision an body be working more it tune together . An fights wit his brains " not biceps lols haha ... AJ look out Ruiz gunner be like a Tasmania Devil Heal chew U up AJ That's how good Ruiz looks THE WINNER
He doesn't look like he's lost a lot of weight. Merely slimmed down several pounds which is good for his overall health. With his body type it would definitely be unhealthy for him to lose too much weight. However Ruiz isn't stupid and will be working closing with his nutrionists to ensure he is within his ideal weight according to his BMI and WHR And Ruiz will get up every single time no matter how much he weighs. He has the Mexican warrior spirit, these guys don't know the meaning of the word quit, which is why he's only been knocked down once in his entire career.
I figured he had the George Foreman type strength. Not in terms of how much, rather sometimes big flabby arms can do more than lean muscular ones. After all there's a reason why the world's strongest men aren't bodybuilders with 6-pack abs, rather a keg. Just hope he doesn't try to fix what aint broke! edit- I meant sometimes flabby arms can do more damage than big bulky muscles! Lean always KO's.
Nar not at all . Very different make weight when having one small meal a day then on fight week few days from wayin only having slice of rock melon two days out . feel good big feed after way in Hungary as beautiful looking feed Then all of a sudden you're apatite drops Your gut feels like spewing up Dam can't even eat it hav to push it away . Some how after a bit all I could eat was some ice cream Wrong way this is My good friend still had his fight Got a draw in a fight he was ment To win Told me after 3 round was weak not strong feeling energy an nutrition depleted . On ice cream day told him ya mad man move up . All that to learn a lesson . Ruiz was eating healthy food every day 3 meals a day or maybe 4 smaller ones an supplements ALL NATURAL way Ruiz did his .
He will be even more nimble on his feet and sharper due to feeling lighter. I would guess if he was in the shape he is now in the first fight, he would not have walked into that shot that knocked him down. The power doesn't entirely come from muscle or fat, but mainly from the torque technique and individual ability Ruiz delivers natural power which isn't reliant on his weight.
How do you work that one out!? He didn't walk into anything, he was just lazy in the clinch and left himself exposed.
