    Yes.

The Tuscaloser's best win is a Luis Ortiz who was 2 weeks away from his 39th birthday in their first fight. Ortiz's best win is Bryant Jennings and his second best is probably a 45 y/o Tony Thompson.

The Tuscaloser's second best win is a sick Stiverne whose second best win is a come from behind KO of a way past prime semi-shot 40 y/o Ray Austin who was giving him a boxing lesson prior to him getting clipped after his old man lungs giving out on him. Wlad iced a prime Austin in 2 rounds without throwing a single right hand to prove a point after Austin said he didn't have a left hand. Austin was widely considered one of Wlad's worst defences even though he was in his prime, hadn't been beaten in six years and was a mandatory defence.

A 41 y/o shot Povetkin iced the Ring Magazine #3 ranked contender Whyte out cold in a KO of the century type KO just 10 months ago

A 38 y/o way past prime Povetkin albeit still in possession of his mechanism and dangerous was beating the way bigger, longer and heavier three-belt unified king AJ in his backyard prior to getting clipped with a silly shot someone of his considerable experience shouldn't of and it still took AJ about 8-9 flush power shots to put him over

A 41 y/o Wlad who hadn't fought in a year and a half was beating IBF champ AJ in his backyard, dropped him heavily and came within a whisker of stopping him and likely would have if he put his foot on the gas

A 38 y/o Wlad lost a razor-close decision to a pre-three years in the wilderness/Tony Montana/Keith Richards version of The Gypsy King in many people's eyes

Helenius' shot ghost just destroyed top contender and then Ring Magazine #9 ranked Kownacki in his last fight

A 40 y/o shell of Arreola just gave former champ and conqueror of AJ Fat Andy who is ranked #6 by The Ring living hell and dropped him, almost dropped him x 2, and hurt and shook him numerous times

Duhaupas who is one of The Tuscaloser's top 5 wins lost to Pianetta who is widely considered one of Wlad's very worst challengers

Chisora just beat Ring Magazne #5 ranked Parker in most people's eyes and was robbed against Whyte in their first fight

And some of these guys would or would've been ranked higher by The Ring had the later not inexplicably afforded Ortiz with such a lofty ranking. They still have him at #4 and they even had him above Povetkin prior to Povetkin vs Whyte I and after he'd been KO'd x 2 by The Tuscaloser. Amateur, pro, resume, accomplishments, talent etc. Povetkin>>Ortiz and it ain't close.

Is this a joke? Dusty's battle with the bottle and his demons are very well documented and his personal life was in absolute turmoil at the time. But despite his trials and tribulations, he still managed to drop The Tuscaloser and lay the blueprint on how to beat him. There's a reason why The Tuscaloser never gave him his rematch.

    No question about it.
