Andy’s a good guy and very talented, but Reynoso will find out just like all of Andy’s other trainers have found out. Andy will listen for a month or two, but eventually he’ll go back to doing things his way. No trainer will have any lasting success with Andy because Andy loves cakes too much and his Dad, who happens to be his manager is an enabler.
For all the hate towards Ruiz, let's give him credit. Remember that time Fury stood up and shook his jelly belly at Wlad taunting him with ''You lost to a fat man!" ... and Wlad's disgust was visible ... Well, Wlad didn't actually lose to a fat man, it's just Fury got fat afterwards. But JOSHUA indeed lost to a fat man on the night and a fat man far fatter than Fury. No other world champion has ever lost to a fighter as fat as Ruiz. Joshua has to live with this disgrace forever. And it will forever taint his legacy, especially when he ran from the obese man in the rematch!
I'm intrigued to know where you developed this level of insight? Truly a game-changing intervention. Surprised anyone bothered posting after reading your summary...
The head trainer at my old gym coach Salvador Villa trained Andy almost 10 years ago and got him around 240 lbs the right way (no plastic or diet gimmicks) after 3 plus months of hard work. Andy was faster and more mobile, but after 2-3 months Andy started eating junk again and his weight was back to around 260 lbs and to put it nicely Sal ended the relationship, since Andy wasted his time.
this does nothing unless he also gets Canelo’s crooked judges and referees Ruiz is a flash in the pan that beat a Glass Jawed opponent.
Here are just a couple of the trainers that Ruiz has had over the years and they all say the same things. Andy has great hand speed and is very durable, but lazy and lacking discipline. I didn’t list all of his trainers, since Andy’s had at least a dozen trainers over the years, Abel Sanchez, who is one of the many trainers that Ruiz has had over the years. “A coach can’t want it more than a lazy fighter,” Sanchez said. “A fighter that does not allow coaches to develop them to the higher level — the boxing record books are littered with second-tier fighters beating an unfocused champion, only to lose easily in the rematch. “I said in an interview months prior to the fight that the key to the win was Manny Robles. If Manny can keep him in the gym, get him to show up consistently, there’s a chance for Manny to develop the needed attributes to deal with the elite level,” Sanchez continued. “That’s very possible, Ruiz has skills, he just is not completely developed. But it takes hard work and time. It’s not something that happened just for this fight; this time he fought a determined, focused, elite-level fighter.” https://www.badlefthook.com/2019/12...a-coach-cant-want-it-more-lazy-fighter-boxing Another former trainer of Andy’s Manny Robles clearly holding it in about what he really thinks about Andy’s discipline. He wasn’t as direct as Abel was. This content is protected Miguel Diz, another former trainer of Ruiz This content is protected
It's kinda tragic really. He was blessed with incredible athleticism and destroyed it with ill-discipline. He's got the rest of his life after his career to get fat and lazy but chose to do that during. I do suspect he'll give his new trainer a month of hope followed by a year of despair...
That was my personal impression of him from the times I seen and interacted with him at both the fight factory and Goosen’s gym back in 2011 and 2012. He was always polite to everyone, but admittedly I only seen him in the gym, so there's a possibility that he could be totally different in regular life.
Well I'm just looking beyond his smiley demeanour. The guy has discipline problems but blames everyone other than himself and thinks we as fans owe him something when he can't be bothered to do right by himself. Even after winning the title he did nothing but **** and moan about having to have the rematch despite the fact he'd done little to earn a shot let alone deserve it on home turf when he got it. Post winning the title he acted like a complete idiot, showed up in terrible shape and then blamed everyone else afterwards whilst pleading for yet another chance.
I agree that Andy has discipline problems, which is why he’ll never reach his full potential and the fans certainly don’t owe him anything. Being that he was a local guy I was glad to see him become a champion, but I knew his days were numbered as a champ. Andy also should’ve been gracious in defeat just like Wilder should’ve been gracious in defeat, since making excuses only made them look like sore losers.
Andy will be on the Mexican Beef diet especially since the NSAC changed its rules making clenbutrol legal LOL Your boy pops dirty so you change your rules to protect him from getting caught again ROFL And they said boxing was corrupt in the 50's
