Did the judges not have it a draw? The ref overruled them, correct?

You ever see Marciano get knocked out by the likes of Brewster Douglas or out pointed by Spinks? I don’t. Holmes maybe but there is an argument his competition was even worse. Tyson knocked out men sooner but dropped an easy one against Douglas and failed to really compete against better competition (loosing those to Holyfield badly and getting destroyed by Lewis didn’t help)...and for gods sake don’t even try to argue Wlad who himself was “dominated” by c fighters at times. I’d argue all three don’t have as good as wins as Marciano does.

No he was a judge also. They used that way all up to like 10 yrs ago. In england 1 referree. No judges. You made it like a conspiracy when it was a majority decision. You haters are a joke.

Ever see Marciano make 20 title defences? No.
Ever see him have a 10 year title run where he wasn't dropped, stopped and only officially lost 13 rounds of 157? No.
Ever see him go 10 fights at world level with 9 KOs and a 5.2 round average? No.

The circumstances around the Douglas loss for Tyson is a story you know very well, and is controversial based on the fact that Tyson could well have won with a different referee.

I'll give you that Wlad getting KOd by Brewster isn't good, but it's quite frankly massively overshadowed by a 10 year title reign and an average of losing less than 3 rounds a fight.

Holmes shouldn't have lost the first against Spinks in mine and most opinions.

Oh and btw, considering that #1 Wlad was green and #2 Holmes and Tyson were slipping, I see no reason not to match the version of Marciano that fought Moore against Spinks and Douglas. Yeah, I see Marciano losing to both.
Please. Holmes and Wlad definitely do.

As a champion Rocky took care of business. And Ruiz didn’t.

All champions seem to have that lucky break decision on the way up. Ali had the Jones fight. Tyson had the Tillis fight. Patterson had the Jackson fight. Lewis had the Mercer fight. Witherspoon had the Snipes fight. Spinks had the Ledoux fight. Norton had the Young fight.

Then Joe Louis had Max Schmeling, Patterson had Maxim, Ruiz had Parker, Klitschko had Bryd and Liston had Marshall where they all lost anyway.

And so Marciano had the Lastarza fight.

    So what?

    Easily! China breaks.
And I expect Wilder to be able to 1 punch Ruiz or Joshua to tell you the truth.

The fight wasn’t in the UK. The judges had it 5-5, 4-5, 5-4 which ended up being overruled by the ref. I pointed out that in modern scoring that can’t fly, which is a correct statement.

Stop using fancy font colors and text sizes in replacement of wit.

Wlad was not green and Tyson wasn’t slipping he was young and if wasn’t training right that’s on him and not a valid excuse. All three have great accomplishments and shouldn’t be poo pooed on. But Wlad shouldn’t even be in the conversation as compared to the other two . Ironically knock on all those men is the competition was poor. Difference is Marciano didn’t drop any. They did. I’ll give it Holmes was not prime the others def were but I’d also argue Holmes fought some trash completion prior. An old Norton and old Shavers as his best wins. Certainly an argument for Tyson and Holmes but Marciano edges them out imo I certainly wouldn’t call anyone an idiot for picking either man...maybe Wlad lol but the other two are fine.

You aren’t refuting me, just conceding. There’s something about your posting style that makes me think a side job at the nail salon painting toenails might be right for you.

Wlad owned the heavyweight division for a decade, at the time that was something like 7% of its entire existence. He barely ever lost a round in the process. He is absolutely in the discussion with Tyson or Marciano And head to head, would destroy Marciano.
