Two of the fatter heavyweights. How does this play out? I think Millers poor stamina and movement costs him later on in the fight and gets knocked by Andy Pandy. Thoughts?

    EPO vendors.

Got it mixed up with Jared Anderson and was thinking "what a weird matchup" though if Ruiz can preserve himself until it's time I'd watch it.

Andy Ruiz has an underrated chin and a good work rate. Fast hands and the ability (when he’s not destroying buffet after buffet) to capitalize on mistakes and get inside delivering short compact punches.

Without the PED GW501516 Jarred Miller is an unknown. GW501516 Boosts aerobic work rate and recovery...which is what Miller’s early career is built on.

Fat Andy takes it in 8 rounds. Miller without his drugs will gas early and Andy will slap the stupid off his face like E. Honda.

I'd favour Ruiz, Miller's aggression would work against him just like it did for Joshua when he tried to take Ruiz out and got countered. Ruiz want's opponents to open up on him, don't think even PED filled Miller wins. But lets be honest Miller fails the drug test prior to the fight and the fight never happens.
