    Just read that Ruiz-Hamer is going to be on the Pacquaio-Rios undercard, don't know if its on the televised portion but I'd guess it will be.

    Yeah Hamer is a joke. no heart, and probably has a glass chin. His quit job against Glaskov was beyond pathetic.

    Great fight and the winner becomes a lock in the American heavyweight top 10. (even though Ruiz was born in Mexico and fought there for his entire amateur career and through his pro debut, he is now based in the US and four years towards citizenship naturalization)

    Yes, Hamer was disgraceful bowing out from the Glazkov bout a year ago - but on pure h2h talent he is up there with the best in the country and he did recently look sharp and motivated in destroying Kertson Manswell.

    I favor Ruiz but it's a competitive match-up and terrific for clearing up the domestic HW picture.
