    never been on the dole and never will be mate

    wake me up when golovkin, chavez jr, barker, macklin, geale, sturm, pirog or martinez are holding on for their life and doing well to survive vs belgecham and you have a point mate.

    Whats wrong with being on the Dole you wanker? its a double dip recession, there are millions of skilled hard working people on the dole as we speak (me included)!

    Lee is obviously better than average, thats completely undeniable, its just that he doesn't have quite what it takes to push him to the top.....I'd say that borderline top 10 is pretty good in any sport.

    At least he can rest happy in the knowledge that he is at least the best middleweight ever to be born in Bow...apart from Paddy O'Keefe that is, but that was a completely different era

    Craig McEwan schooled Andy Lee before he ran out of gas when they fought in 2010.

    Why is McEwan, now back in the UK, not getting any meaningful fights? He's got a decent record and sparred with the best there is when he was in the US. Imagine a middleweight tournament involving McEwan, Barker, Macklin, Murray and Lee.

    It would light up the sport in the UK.

    Lirva was boasting about not working and laughing at the "mugs" that slave away working to make a living. He said that he was making loads of money at gambing on-line. It was on a thread on Boxrec forum. In all fairness, anybody who boasts about being on the dole needs to be put down.

    And Craig is doing his cardio every day now which I was told he wasn't during his LA stay, he can push on and still win some big fights.

    But yeah Andy Lee is a very good fighter, boxed well vs Chavez early but was broken down. Was in true he struggled with the weight for that fight?
