It's a good think Garcia has his personal referee, judges, boxing commission in that fight...............everyone wants to see a rematch except Garcia fans. Matthysse knocked Peterson out in the third round, but Peterson has the title................not to mention Peterson keeping the title after he tested positive for steroids................

Well, after you **** blood and can't hear in one ear, you might want to rest and have an easy fight before you get into the ring again with a fighter who can make you **** blood.

Angel Garcia makes it clear in the video that he's willing to fight Provodnikov, but not right now. They need to build up the fight first, and Danny needs to get over the Matthysse war.

 

youre trying to make sense here on the esb forums where most guys here dont have two cents to rub between their fingers.

danny is now in the position to make the demands. he paid his dues and can pick and choose his opponents as a number one fighter. the only ones crying here for a rematch are the butthurt lucas fans and garcia haters.

i believe garcias MO is to stay undefeated, move up to 147 and then fight either jmm/paq/canelo(when alvarez is forced to move down because he cant compete at 154) for the huge payday sometime in 2015.

theres no money at 140, just risk(provo/lucas).

 

Obviously but it would be nice if Garcia and his team seemed more open to a fight that the fans want.
