up until the point where he stereotypes the chinese and imitates the voice, he does talk some sense.

 

Maybe its just because I'm Scottish but having hated A. Garcia he actually come across as pretty funny, intelligent but also offensive (which as long as it's humorous, and I confess I thought the Zhiming thing wasn't racist, just a bit stereotyped). As a Fifer would say, he's not a bad ****, just a bit o' a gobshite.
