While I do not disagree with your judgement of the said character, I feel the need to point out that you've misunderstood what he said. He said this : "It's a common excuse with the south american fighters. They say their beef is injected with hormones, and that they get them in their bodies from eating that beef. They say they don't take steroids, it's the beef. But if it's the beef, then their wives and kids should be on steroids too, right?"

Meaning that guys like Morales and Mathysse use the hormone boosted cows as an excuse to hide the fact that they are using hormonal therapy, like hgh or testosterone.
