Whilst finding elite talents like Mayweather and Chavez a decent stride too far, Both were very talented fan favourites who between them racked up a host of name scalps before the world class well ran dry, Performers like Gatti, Robinson, Lockridge.Cruz... Paez (by Both) found this duo a bit too dynamic for them, They could box and fight Classily Aggressive was their Norm ..

So would Manfreddy Strech out Lopez like a Tiger Skin Rug... Or would Tiger Lopez clip the wings of the Angel .??.

Lopez would handle Manfredy with ease. Lopez was definitely the more skilled fighter. I believe he was a 3 time champion in an era slightly superior to that of Manfredy. In spite of a dwindling talent pool and multiple belts, Manfredy was never champion. And, when he stepped up to the highest level he got destroyed. (Mayweather, Corrales). As Lopez got older, more losses accrued. But, with the exception of his fight against Chavez most of his losses were quite competitive. Lopez by late round stoppage.

Lopez was at least a class above Manfredy....a far more accomplished fighter. He stops Angel within 10 rounds.

This is a good matchup. Both guys were all around pretty skilled, decent defense, could counterpunch. Neither was a speed merchant. Both had good stamina. I think Lopez beat a slightly better level of competition. I'd say Lopez could win a close decision over Manfredy.

Make it four. Never thought much of Manfredy. He was a glorified ESPN fighter. Lopez was a legit champ.
