Seeing Baez, this was the first thing that came to mind.

    Round 1 Gomez 10-9, close

Gomez edged it with volume, but only by a hair.

    Round 1 - 10-9 Arellano - Very close

Not a lot of solid punches landed but Arellano nipped it at the end.

    Round 1 - 10-9 Arellano - Very close
    Round 2 - 10-9 Gomez

Gomez kept Arellano on the backfoot for most of the round and landed the majority of the useful punches.

    Round 1 Gomez 10-9, close
    Round 2 Gomez 10-9, close
    Round 3 Gomez 10-9

Arellano pecking away, no power behind them, then Gomez snaps his head back with a left and stuns him, he follows up. Now Gomez is countering to the head and body with his lefts, using his aggression against him. Arellano's face is falling apart, his right eye is cut and nose is bleeding.

Gomez just has the slight edge in reflexes & handspeed, both are landing at a similar rate but Gomez has been landing the more eye catching shots.

That's what happens when a southpaw fights a conventional fighter... Accidental Headbutts!
