I don't know if he could have lasted with Marciano, but as long as he lasted Page might have given Marciano trouble. Page is a very fine heavyweight with good mobility and he might have boxed Rocky real well, the way Ezzard Charles did, tho Page is no Charles.

Charles may have been the greatest light heavyweight, and he was a tremendous heavyweight, very underrated, very stylish and a sharp puncher. He gave Marciano two of his toughest fights. Page may be able to box going backwards and he'd have boxed Marciano.
Rocky would have had to chase him, try to cut the ring off on him, nail him to the ropes, bring his hands down with shots underneath. But, as awkward as he looked, Marciano was able to do all these things very effectively. He knew what he was doing, and, bobbing and weaving, he would corner a Page, get him against the ropes, and really rap him.

It all comes down to who can impose their fighting style on the other. Page struggled with motivation and form in important fights, but I can imagine him winning on points against Marciano.
