ok...wait..what exactly is offensive in this comment? please dont tell me why you disagree with it..tell me why its offensive
A bad opinion is a bad opinion no matter how you deliver it. He discredited Ali immensely when his own poster boy far from proved himself against the best, or often.
only thing i can see was that he said leonard was the real mccoy..which might imply that ali was not...however..its clear that he just means that in the context of who is real best p4p of the group.
I didn't find either of what they said particularly offensive, it takes a lot more than that, but I did find them both to be equally dismissive and disrespectful towards great fighters in their own right, only when I came on to see the responses, manbearpig seemed to baring the brunt of it all. You're unwilling to acknowledge that Burt sold Muhammad Ali short, he didn't give him any credit at all.
Yeah, and I was the first to call him out on it. I just think your way of doing it was a bit unnecessary. That's all.

oh really..is this what you call "calling him out on it" where you basically agree Leonard with Burt... ****ing moron :happy
While you do have a point I think you've fundamentally misunderstood Ali. Leonard was without a doubt the more complete fighter, though.
damn how could i have said that..oh wait...that was bokaj..the guy who "called" burt out on what he said about ali...that was him "calling" burt out...
Why is this Johnstown character repeatedly quoting the same post and just changing up his insult from moron to ********?
You're not getting the point at all. Burt wasn't offensive, he was dicrediting a fighter and questioning his substance. I replied the way I did because Burt holds Dempsey in the highest regard, and it was stupidity of him to imply Ali wasn't the real deal when he proved it against the best, and often. Something Dempsey was never close to doing.
