I know old Angelo puts a positive spin on everything...still, it's nice to be nice: http://news.boxrec.com/news/2011/angelo-dundee-david-haye-real-england-should-be-proud-him
"David Haye, after he knocks out Klitschko, will be with the top 15 (of all-time heavyweights)." Angie, Angie......:-(
I don't think it will make any real difference. Other than perhaps Hayes confidence maybe... but then I even doubt that to be honest.
"Ya blowin it son, ya blowin it...!" "9 minutes Champ, thats all we got.... 6 minutes Champs, thats all we got" :deal
You would think Angie was the one who took punches for 20 years, he must have taken the damage in spirit.
""I'm the worst picker in the world and I don't want to jinx the kid but to me he should beat Klitschko. You've got to go one fight at a time and take them as they come." Well, at least he's honest. And to be fair, is it possible a Klitschko could be ranked in the top 15 of all time heavyweights? If so, Haye probably pickpockets that slot if he takes them out. I can't really paint a top 15 HW rankings though, so its all down to how you rank those guys.
It's disgraceful to see people criticize a true living legend in Dundee simply because he picked Haye to win. In the general forum, there's all sorts of posters, mainly Klitschko fans, mocking him, a lot using the De La Hoya/Pacquiao fight as supposed proof. What is wrong with these people? Do they know nothing about boxing?
