How the **** did Steve Wills get the decision for the Australian title? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Straight up, that **** makes me see red. We're not talking about some bull**** hybrid title, we're talking the prestigious AUSTRALIAN LIGHTWEIGHT TITLE, a crown that has been held by some of the world's greatest boxers going back well over a century. What happend tonight was a slight on the crown held by those fighters. It shouldn't be prostituted in such a way that it gets brought by the highest bidder. The judge that gave Wills eight rounds should be removed from the position permanently because he is either corrupt or intellectually ****ed up. And spare a thought for the man that should have gone down in the history books as our next lightweight champion JUNMAR DULOG.....had the judges any decency.
judging in boxing is locally biased worldwide, sad to say Australia is as bad as the others basically the judges know that if the 'right' boxer doesn't win, they don't get as many future paydays
What do they think will happen giving these guys GIFT WINS? Do they learn anything? Hell no.
jason crowe is warming his hands ..... hopefully wills....... will defend it in november / december as crowe has challenged the winner......
Dulog, no KO, no win. no KO no cry.. simple as that. No power power..It's not a big deal. Who cares. Congrats to Willsy..
It would be a short night at the office for Jason Crowe IMO. Watched him box at albury the guy has power for sure
Willie was great last night. His Jab and work rate were very very good. But what impressed me more than anything was his defense. He improved it again and those silly shots he took against StClair he didnt put himself in position to get hit by them this time around. He controlled every aspect of the fight. Which was a worrying sight for say Billy Dib.
The worst bit of judging on the night has to go to Cec perkins effort in the Toomey V Parke fight. 6 rounds to 2 for Parke? Get ****ed. :fire
Hyder didn't look too happy when he heard the scores for the Wills fight, and went off at somebody ringside.
