Finally saw the full fight, and in boxing math, Angulo beats Cotto. I say this as a Cotto fan, and Cottos poor stamina, not quite the sharp shooter Lara is and him not being the best back peddling fighter equates to Margarito Cotton 1 this time with a Margarito that's a 154 pounder. Alfredo is all wrong for Miguel.

That would be a fun fight, but who knows when Perro will be back in the gym after his eye injury.

Angulo is a slow plodding fighter who is a poor mans Margarito.
    Cotto would win.

The original Margarito was honestly a 154 pound guy who boiled down to 147. He was by far the largest welter of his era.

Cotto in 06/07 wins a clear decision over Angulo . 2013 Angulo breaks down Cotto and takes him out in 7 . Angulo is a true gritty 154 pounder who could absorb everything Cotto throws at him .

I would never bet on angulo from here on out.

the likelihood of alfred duplicating his lara performance again after the beating that he took is pretty slim.

in fact I would bet large against him if he were to ever rematch Rosado.

This would be a boring chess match wherein nobody would get knocked down. Bet the farm on the Over.

That was said after the Kirkland fight, Beatings are overated, I believe it depends on the fighters mind. Cotto was a haunted man after Margo 1

it depends on the fighters punch resistance. some guys have one or two beatings in them(vargas/j.taylor/m.taylor/bowe) and theyre ruined or a shell of themselves and a few can endure many(holyfield, wlad, gatti) wars and continue to operate at a high level.

angulo, Sergio, dawson and especially khan...they are fades.

    in mma, kongo and maynard.

Would love to see this fight. Would be a war. Angulo would probably walk Cotto down and unload heavy artillery stopping Cotto around the 6th round.

    Make this happen!
