In 2016, It's pretty clear.

Angulo is shot now, and he was faded and drained against Canelo as well and went onto get schooled by a MW journeyman in his very next fight.

 

Lemieux, Rosado, Kirkland, Angulo. Rosado is more durable than Kirkland and Angulo at this point and in terms of skills is better as well. Put Rosado in there with Angulo now and we'd most likely see Rosado stop Angulo. That said I'm not big on Lemieux at all, but he's better than those guys, but I'd only say slightly better.

The lower three are highly debatable IMO. As others have stated, Kirkland and Angulo were once good fighters but are now completely shot, Angulo even more so than Kirkland. Rosado was never that good but is not shot yet.

Angulo is woefully shot, I question if he should still be boxing period.
Kirkland, while a bit shot, some of it is simply his outside the ring antics
and not being in shape. Rosado, really shouldn't be mentioned with
these guys but the fact that Kirkland is what he is and Angulo is shot
(even though he already beat Rosado), Rosado likely stops him in a
rematch.

As none of them can get out of the way of punches, David dispatches them
handily, (obviously he already has Rosado)

 

It gets real distant and cloudy after Lemieux.

 

Lemieux @ 160 is the best
Rosado @ 160 is a distant worst

Kirkland & Angulo @ 155 are similar

This is no doubt comparing Canelo vs GGG but tbf Lemieux is probably GGGs best win and Canelo has plenty better than him, heck Liam Smith @ 154 is better than Lemieux @ 160
