[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-qlEadH6ZE[/ame] 1:23 What a ****ing punch. Julio went down like a sack of potatoes.
yes helluva punch he landed this punch all night as Julio kept circling toward the power than WHAM!!!!:vonnecunt
Julio showed Angulo's limits though. A jab and some movement severely trouble Alfredo. When someone on a higher level than a gatekeeper shows Angulo the same kind of skills, and can keep it up for all 12, Angulo will be soundly defeated. At the same time, because of his power and tenacity, there will be top guys that will find themselves in VERY dangerous situations with Alfredo. For example, Paul Williams, who swings freely with his head up in the air, is a major player that would be very vulnerable to Angulo's precise counter punching. We'll see from great fights from AlFredo for a while, although he gets hit a lot himself, and won't have an especially long shelf life as a result. Not on a world class level anyway.
Yeah, he's had a few of them but you're right...that Yorgey fight was kind of scary in a few ways....when he knocked him down the first time and was still punching him on the ground and when Yorgey had his back turned on the clinch and he started hitting the back of Yorgey's head and back. Yorgey seemed terrified at points.
Great KO punch. It looks so much better in real time. Julio was drilled into the canvas with that right hand bomb.
Angulo's power seems to have improved over his last couple of fights as well. He's always been prety heavy-handed, but he's never had KO's as devastating as we've seen from him recently.
Definately, even the shortened hilights of it look brutal. I was wrong(he pulled back the power on the punches to the back and back of the head but he definately wanted to). [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vz4l5llnuMQ[/ame]
