    Joel Julio's power was vastly overrated. He never stopped anyone of merit.
    That said, Angulo only ever fought him after Kirkland KO'd him. And now that Kirkland was stopped, Angulo is willing to face him. Kirkland by late stoppage/decision over El Puta.
