    there is no way he is subject to a ban ******. He is not inadmissalbe via section 237(a) nor did he ever produce any fraudalaunte documents.

    He deserves to have his day in court and explain his case. If he has U.S
    Born children then its a big plus.

    Also once he is detaineed for 180 days he can file a Habeas Corpus and will be released become of precedent case law.

    He will be okay and allow to remain here while fighting his case.

    I'm all for keeping border under secure programs, but that detention center sounds like a huge waste of resources. I'm assuming they can get away with **** like that because the detainees are mostly illegals who simply wouldn't know how to work the system.
