Hey guys i need help... I bought Angle Wrist Weight 4x2.5 LBS... i am searching for an effective way to use it on the lower body and upper body if anyone have tips it will help.. right now I'm getting used to them and use them for dashing i wanted more speed on the hands and someone told me they're effective but what should i do to make full use of them?
i got a problem i am trying to shadow box with tham but they move up and down on the hands the only way to stop them moving is to put boxing gloves oN X_X
