    If Arum, as Pacquiao's promoter, is given the authority to make a deal in behalf of Pacquiao, then Arum doesn't need Pacquiao's signature. Arum can sign the contract himself. But that's not the case. He needs Pacquiao to sign the contract which, btw, Pacquiao did already.

    who makes the deal the promoter or the fighter, of course the fighter has to sign it but arum is the one thats sorts it out not pac :patsch

    To avoid any further argument, can we just agree that the promoter, Arum in this case, is only authorized to negotiate and accept an agreement/deal/contract subject to the approval of his fighter (Pac)? :good

    Plus the fight is winnable for both fighters and a loss wouldn't be the end of the world :patsch
