How can people say the money isn't there I know Froch and Kessler have been paid nicely but this is on sky box office and tickets that were £90 for Frochs last fights are £200! that means the ticket sales would double on 9000 sales so nevermind the 17,000 (guess) that will be there

 

And the £100K they made from VIP Gold Ringside alone (@ £1000 per ticket x 100)

Bit silly to call the Liverpool show rubbish imo

 

If you're paying Froch and Kessler £1m or something each, the venue hire, the security and insurance, all the licensing required, the undercard fighters, as well as the sundry other expenses involved in hosting an event like promotion and any rider for each fighter, plus tax and any council fees... well it's very expensive to put a big show on.

So, where's the money to pay for lots of big fights? Groves will fight a moderate sort of opponent most likely. Obviously, I'm hopeful though!
